CONDITION OF SALE
All SENNES items are unique and only when individual ordered, production takes place, therefore SENNES online cannot guarantee that all the products shown are possible to be produced in the delay of 10 working days; at the time you place your order. In the event the product you order in a specific color is not possible to make due to lack of raw materials at that time, you will be contacted by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
Due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures in the SENNES online can differ from their actual colors. SENNES online cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
All prices in the SENNES online are stated in EURO. The price of each product includes shipping costs inside EU and including VAT. Customers outside of the European Union, will have the shipping cost charged as VAT excluded.
SENNES online reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.
Online payment is made with our partner PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.
If customers prefer to make a bank payment, we can ship after payment 100% made.
During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to exchange or return your order.
You must return your SENNES item to SENNES Online in perfect condition to the address in Portugal: SENNES, Nele De Block CX 895B sítio do Peral,8150-052 São Brás de Alportel,Portugal +351-926105210
The item should not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product.
You must also return the original invoice. SENNES Online will not compensate for returned packages shipping. Any shipping charges that may incur when returning the products are on your/customer responsibility. The cost of the merchandise alone will be refunded unless an error has occurred on the part of SENNES Online.
Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after SENNES receives the returned products. Bank transfer for the order will make the refund in question. Please note, that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by SENNES. In the case of an exchange, SENNES Online will not add additional charges for shipping of the new items.
